Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs, providing accurate product information, and driving sales through recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated areas, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, floor set plans, and inventory presentation. Anticipate athlete needs while maintaining efficiency in process execution and promoting company programs like loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to create a respectful environment for all. This role requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
