Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated areas. Uphold merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining a safe, respectful store environment. Ensure products are ready for purchase and that athletes are engaged throughout their visit.
