Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel, footwear, and gear while proactively engaging customers to understand their needs and drive sales through product recommendations. Anticipate athlete needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and assortment. Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices and operational processes. Uphold merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation guidelines. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining a safe, respectful store environment. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
