Serve as a subject matter expert for onboarding and training new and existing team members, ensuring smooth execution of operational processes and best practices. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor set plans, signage, and inventory presentation while driving participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales. Maintain safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures in a respectful, inclusive store environment. Requires high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
