Proactively engage shoppers to understand their needs, provide clear product information, and drive sales through recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising standards, execute floor set plans, and ensure inventory presentation meets requirements. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety and loss prevention protocols. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
