Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, deliver clear product information, and drive sales through expert recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by executing floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment while promoting customer loyalty programs and warranty sales. Maintain safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to ensure a respectful environment for all. This role requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
