Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, serving as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote customer participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales while maintaining a safe, respectful store environment that adheres to all safety and loss prevention policies.
