Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel, footwear, and gear for performance and everyday wear. Proactively engage shoppers to understand their needs, anticipate requirements, and drive sales through knowledgeable product recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated store areas. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing inventory presentation, and ensuring products are replenished and ready for purchase. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining a respectful environment that adheres to safety and loss prevention policies.
