Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and providing clear, accurate product information. Anticipate customer requirements and actively drive sales through personalized recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, serving as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. This role requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
