Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel, footwear, and gear while providing clear, accurate product information. Anticipate athlete needs and actively drive sales through personalized recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated store processes. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing inventory presentation, and ensuring products are replenished and ready for purchase. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. This role requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
