Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment. Anticipate athlete needs and actively drive sales through product and services recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation standards. Promote customer participation in company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Create an inclusive store environment where all teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect while adhering to safety and loss prevention policies.
