Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide clear, accurate product information. Anticipate athlete requirements and actively drive sales through personalized recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation protocols. Promote customer participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain a respectful store environment for all teammates and athletes. Requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
