Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel, footwear, and gear while proactively engaging shoppers to understand their needs and drive sales through product recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices and operational processes. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing inventory presentation, and ensuring products are ready for purchase. Promote company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining a safe, respectful store environment that adheres to all safety and loss prevention policies. This role requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience. Virtual interviews require cameras to be on and prohibit the use of AI tools.
