Deliver an engaging shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel, footwear, and gear while providing clear, accurate product information. Proactively engage shoppers to understand their needs, anticipate requirements, and drive sales through personalized recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing inventory presentation, and ensuring products are replenished and ready for purchase. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining a respectful, safe environment for all teammates and athletes.
