Specialist Sales - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an engaging shopping experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and providing clear, accurate product information. Anticipate customer requirements and actively drive sales through personalized recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety and loss prevention policies. Requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
