Deliver an engaging, confidence-building shopping experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and recommending products that drive sales. Anticipate athlete requirements and provide clear, accurate information on apparel, footwear, and gear. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Maintain a respectful store environment while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
