Deliver an engaging shopping experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs, providing accurate product information, and driving sales through recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety and loss prevention policies. Ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged throughout their visit.
