Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, deliver accurate product and assortment information, and drive sales through personalized recommendations. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Promote customer participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
