Job Summary
Specialist - Sales & Financial Ops to support and facilitate the complete sales operations process for an assigned team of Sales Representatives, with emphasis on financing options, credit terms, and ensuring profitability. Responsibilities include presenting financing options, negotiating terms, executing finance documents, coordinating post-sale variance claims with manufacturers, managing inventory and asset records, aiding in GP reporting, invoicing, and coordinating across multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely sales execution. Strong financial knowledge, communication, and cross-functional collaboration are required to effectively balance customer needs with company profitability and deal structure across Caterpillar/Kubota partnerships. Located in Indiana; role operates on-site with no explicit remote work indicated.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
- 3 years machine sales experience (preferred)
