Job Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the Healthcare Technology Division by ensuring data integrity in CRM systems, building dashboards and reports, managing inbound lead queues, coordinating proposals and contracts, and providing administrative coordination and training for HTD Sales. Key duties include maintaining Salesforce and Excel-based dashboards, distributing sales communications, assisting with onboarding of new hires, organizing collateral and knowledge resources, drafting proposals/RFP responses, coordinating with Marketing/Finance, and supporting event planning. Required skills include strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), advanced Excel/PowerPoint, excellent organization, cross-functional communication, and the ability to analyze data to inform HTD Sales decisions. The role operates in a remote-enabled environment with typical Monday–Friday hours CST and offers competitive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a corporate or healthcare environment
  • experience supporting premier or enterprise-level accounts (preferred)
  • CRM tools experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
