Job Summary
Pearson Education Sales Representative (Remote/Home-Based, travels to Dallas/Fort Worth area and campuses) sells digital, print, and service solutions to 2/4-year colleges. Drives territory revenue through campus visits and virtual campus days, with 15+ faculty engagements daily, and collaborates with specialists and enterprise sales teams to drive adoption of Inclusive Access and related services. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of high-performing sales experience in higher education, strong organizational and forecasting skills in Salesforce/OneCRM, presentation and relationship-building abilities, and willingness to travel to campus sites and national meetings. Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped bonuses, travel expense coverage, benefits, and ongoing professional development; full-time role with promotion opportunities. The ideal candidate is based in or near Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, and will stay current on Pearson products and market conditions, coordinating with Customer Success to support key customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and successful work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market or a related industry
- Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems
