Job Summary
RTA Specialist role focuses on monitoring and optimizing real-time operations by analyzing live data, adjusting intraday schedules to meet service goals, generating hourly/daily/weekly reports, and producing dashboards. Responsibilities include intraday decision-making, outage/incident tracking, escalation handling, and collaboration with operations to improve real-time performance. Must be self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking, and possess strong English communication; preferred experience with WFM systems (e.g., Avaya CMS, NICE IEX, Verint) and CRM tools; MS Office proficiency and macro knowledge are advantageous. Located in BLR, India.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an RTA
- Education: Any Graduate or Diploma
