Job Summary
Specialist, Risk to strengthen DayOne's Enterprise Risk Management across global data centers and support insurance activities. Responsibilities include implementing DayOne's ERM framework as a key second line of defence, aligning risk appetite with strategic objectives using KRIs and performance metrics, conducting risk identification/assessment/mitigation and reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement across functions and geographies, promoting risk awareness, and managing insurance with external brokers to monitor and renew required policies. Preferred background includes risk consulting with Big 4 experience and exposure to data center or technology infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in risk consulting, enterprise risk management, insurance or internal audit
- Strong technical knowledge risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO) and best practices
- Strong understanding of corporate insurance products and coverage strategies
- Proficient in managing risk registers and risk reporting tools
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaled, and geographically distributed infrastructure environment
