Job Summary
Support daily Risk Adjustment operations including medical record retrieval, provider outreach, and creating provider-level reports. Maintain the medical records inventory to ensure pace against goals while making outreach to internal and external partners to improve retrieval success. Represent the team to partners to influence positive outcomes and guide decisions on an ongoing basis. Monitor, track, and status inventory while developing an in-depth understanding of day-to-day workflows and technical processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or commensurate work experience
- 1+ years experience in chart retrieval or provider outreach
- 1+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations
- 2+ years of experience with being held to and accomplishing goals
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in risk adjustment
