Responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, balancing cash, servicing accounts, resolving member issues, scheduling appointments, and educating members on digital tools (mobile/online banking, ATMs). The role emphasizes strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, compliance with Bank Secrecy Act policies, and contributing to member satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores through proactive service and cross-selling in a branch environment.
Required Qualifications
