Job Summary
Regulatory Solutions Specialist for the Pet Insurance product line, working remotely for Nationwide with five+ years’ cross-functional experience encouraged; responsibilities include reviewing high-impact regulatory complaints, conducting root cause analysis, advising management on compliance implications, communicating resolutions to customers and state departments, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements, and supporting training and projects as needed. Strong knowledge of insurance concepts, ability to analyze laws and regulations, and excellent written/verbal communication are required; bachelor’s-level education in business, accounting, finance, insurance, or pre-law is preferred, with licensing/continued education as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing may be required as is continuing education, as required by state(s). CPCU, MCM, AIC and similar industry designations preferred.
