Specialist, Quality Management System

Develop and implement the Quality department's processes and standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Management) to ensure that quality processes and standards meet customer needs and market requirements; ensure Quality processes are integrated into the company’s end-to-end process architecture; continuously evaluate and improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes; support the development of the Scout Motors Quality Management System (QMS); collaborate with BMS team members and business partners across multiple Scout Motors locations to ensure alignment of BMS initiatives; role based in Columbia, SC with 4-5 days per week in the office and in-person meetings/events; extensive experience with ISO9001:2015, QMS implementation and audits; strong project management, communication, and organizational development skills; OEM experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired; base salary range $95,000–$120,000 with performance bonuses; travel and in-person engagement as required.
