Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the Quality Management System (QMS) at the Chesterfield site, including audits, CAPA, and document control. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, coordinating management reviews, and ensuring conformance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100 standards. Responsibilities include training, audit coordination with third parties, and leading corrective-action activities to address NCs and improve site quality performance. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7-10 years of QMS experience; lead/internal auditor certification is desired. This role is on-site in Chesterfield, MO, and supports multiple sites as part of the QMS network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Operations or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience working within and/or managing a QMS
- Experience performing Internal Audits
- Ability to understand and apply ISO 9001 and related quality standards in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead corrective actions and investigations including CAPA processes
- Proficiency with documentation control and record-keeping in quality systems
