Job Summary
Specialist, Quality Assurance role focused on validating end-to-end payment processing, including ISO 20022 message formats, settlement and reconciliation across global payment rails (SWIFT, RTP/FedNow, ACH, SEPA, RTGS). Responsible for testing transaction lifecycles, network integrations, exception handling, and supporting bank/network certification and go-lives through UAT, defect triage, and audit-ready test artifacts.
Required Qualifications
- 3-8 years QA experience
- Strong understanding of payment lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement)
- Experience with ISO 20022 messaging
- Agile methodology experience
- SQL or data validation knowledge (implied by reconciliation/testing)
- API testing (REST/JSON, SOAP, Postman) a plus
- Experience with integration testing and end-to-end payment flows
