Job Summary
Negotiate prices with vendors and conduct final inspections to update QA reports. Coordinate the jewelry product life cycle from development through sample approval, ensuring flawless execution. Review development samples, propose adjustments, and validate work-in-progress weekly to guarantee on-time delivery. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve quality faults prior to shipment release. Follow pre-production meetings and inline inspections per SOPs while tracking regulatory compliance and product integrity. Assist with market research on product trends and follow up on factory requests aligned with design specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' working experience in Fine Jewelry Industry
- Bachelor of Science program in gems and jewelry
- Sound technical knowledge on fine jewelry from raw materials to production management
- Proficient in inspection process (AQL standard) and defect classification in jewelry industry
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Native Thailand
- Good in both spoken and written English
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Fluent in: English, Thai
- Work base is at Bangkok
- job holder needs to travel by himself/herself to visit factories locally
- Work regularly from Monday to Friday, 5 working days a week, 8 hours one day
