Job Summary
Specialist, Purchasing responsible for purchase order management, fulfillment and delivery of raw materials to meet Entegris manufacturing needs. Drive supplier performance, purchase price variance, on-time material availability, and ISO/compliance adherence. Collaborate with production planning, logistics, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demand. Manages MRP-driven material orders, PO releases, rescheduling, supplier evaluations, inventory levels, and new vendor/second source development; supports quality with incoming material discrepancies and root-cause analysis; maintains purchasing master data and adheres to corporate policies. Requires SAP/ERP proficiency, data-driven decision making, Lean/continuous improvement mindset, and strong English and Korean communication; based in JangAn, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, raw materials planning or supply chain management
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
