Job Summary
Property Administrative Specialists support multiple hotel departments with administrative tasks, including document preparation using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentations; serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors; act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event); uphold professional appearance and communications; assist with safety, policies, and standard operating procedures; perform general duties across Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage, and handle physical tasks as needed.
