Job Summary
Responsible for bridging the product and market by developing go-to-market strategies that drive demand and adoption. Connect product capabilities to customer needs, develop compelling positioning, shape GTM strategies, and enable sales and marketing for success. Supports new product development and introduction; conducts market and competitive analysis; performs VOC with sales offices and customers; assists with PRD creation, pricing pages, ECAT integration, forecasting, and product roadmaps; creates product literature and training; coordinates cross-functional activities across marketing, product management, and sales; and requires strong communication and HVAC domain knowledge. A hybrid schedule is in place with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC product management, system design, application engineering, and/or sales
- Some travel, including international (Canada, Mexico), is required (<10%)
