Job Summary
Act as Junior Product Owner for Rewards solutions to bring global product to the region, including use cases such as fuel and understanding the global roadmap. Support product localization and go-to-market strategies while managing vendor/partner management where applicable. Contribute to operational process improvements to ensure continuous and seamless product scale. Serve as a Regional Subject Matter Expert by understanding the competitive landscape, mapping regional pain points, and measuring value to articulate impact. Provide pre-sales analytical overviews and performance analysis, then participate in process design updates with Product Leads. Support and manage queries related to rewards program changes, updates, and new backlog features. Work closely with Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet local market needs and maximize funding pools.
Required Qualifications
- Regional Product Management Professional [Level 8]
- Expert on the product(s) of Rewards solutions
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Ability to proactively enhance and innovate the product line
- Ability to deliver the product go-to-market strategy
- Track record of participating in implementing customer-centric solutions
- Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and marketing trends
- Creative problem solver with the ability to generate out of the box solutions
