Job Summary
Maintain global product documentation for a complex network of SAP-PLM applications integrated with document management systems and customer portals. Support system owners and responsible persons with business administration, data entry, document maintenance, implementation activities, user management, and software validation. Align activities with related areas while acting as the interface to IT and internal or external stakeholders. Assist with monitoring new functionality and enhancement requests across system releases, and support the development of procedure documents and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify user requirements and use cases.
Required Qualifications
- SAP-PLM expertise
- Programming languages knowledge (e.g. Python, PHP)
- Ability to work with computer systems (EDM, SAP-PLM)
- Ability to work with documentation (mainly in MS Word)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Working independently with minimal guidance
- Accuracy and meticulousness
- Strategic thinking: Makes sense of complex data, trends and dynamics on a continually evolving basis, understand and anticipate potential impact these may have, and use them to shape the direction of the business
- Delivering Results: Drives for improvement of business results and higher level of performance
