Job Summary
Provide project management leadership to support the delivery of Product Maintenance, Graphics Refresh, and Cost Savings projects for Finished Goods. Develop project plans with functional partners, manage timely progression, and prepare accurate documentation. Lead weekly Commercialization Meetings with cross-functional teams and coordinate the packaging preproduction process from Design Frozen to Art Release. Present crucial project updates and timelines to the Manager while identifying timeline conflicts or risks to mitigate issues. Deliver projects within scope, time, cost, and quality requirements while managing multiple internal and external relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management / Product Commercialization
- Develop and execute project plans
- Highly communicative and focused on pre-emptive problem solving with strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail
- Quickly identifies issues and able to prioritize as needed
- Identify timeline conflicts or risks and successfully manage through basic timeline challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business environment and deliver across multiple priorities
