Job Summary
Specialist Procurement Management responsible for maintaining accurate supplier and article master data, overseeing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and supplier orders, monitoring deliveries, identifying bottlenecks, and mitigating shortages. Key duties include optimizing raw material stock levels, supporting technical changes and new component deliveries, coordinating supplier integration (localization, consignment and logistics agreements), maintaining regular supplier contact, evaluating delivery performance, and supporting stock-take and cycle counting processes. Required qualifications include an engineering degree (industrial/logistics) and a Master in logistics with C1 proficiency in English and French. Strong communication, change management, motivation, resilience, self-organization, conflict management, and teamwork are emphasized.
