Specialist Process Engineer – Offshore Water Injection Project

Lead process engineering activities for offshore water injection systems, including developing and reviewing Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, and engineering calculations. Perform hydraulic analyses, equipment sizing, and process simulations to optimize system design and support debottlenecking studies. Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and LOPA studies while ensuring compliance with process safety management requirements and supporting Management of Change activities. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases to resolve technical issues and review vendor proposals. Conduct feasibility studies, brownfield engineering assessments, and offshore site surveys for tie-in engineering and shutdown planning. Develop commissioning procedures and support startup and performance testing to assist operations teams in achieving production targets.
