Job Summary
Assess and continuously monitor the adherence of local F&C teams and project managers to the global lead-to-cash process standard, from initial setup to invoicing. Conduct in-depth reviews of single projects by analyzing project planning and matching planned versus actual values. Develop an understanding of global process standards and underlying systems to support these monitoring activities. Act as a sparrings partner and competent point of contact for local project controllers, delivery managers, and project managers. Contribute actively to inter-disciplinary projects for the global F&C function. This role supports Roland Berger's ramp-up of the F&C holding team in Kuala Lumpur to enable unique capabilities for global operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial project controlling in an international environment, ideally in the professional services industry
- Analytical and process-oriented working style, strong implementation skills and a distinct understanding of numbers
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- Business fluent English skills
- In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ByD
