Job Summary
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while explaining store policies and transaction documentation to clients. Take full ownership of the cash wrap area, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized, and coordinate register opening, closing, and deposit workflows. Support the boutique team to maximize client-facing time by assisting with check refunds, receipt processing, and merchandise bagging or wrapping in accordance with brand standards. Capture complete client data during each transaction and maintain compliance with company standards. This role requires flexible scheduling to work late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of one year of point-of-sale experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle cash and confidential client information responsibly
- Minimum 1 year of related experience, including prior experience at point of sale in a service industry
- Able to operate the register and comfortable with point of sale technology
- Able to lift 15 lbs., walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays
- Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and digital client engagement tools preferred
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
