Job Summary
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately while explaining store policies and transaction documentation to clients. Manage the cash wrap area by stocking supplies, handling cash and deposits, and coordinating register openings and closings. Oversee check refund procedures and ensure compliance with company standards during all point-of-sale operations. Bag, box, and wrap merchandise according to brand standards while capturing complete client data for each sale. Support other boutique members to maximize client-facing time and assist with general store areas as needed. Maintain a flexible schedule to work late nights, weekends, and holidays while operating registers and handling confidential information responsibly.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle cash and confidential client information responsibly
- Minimum 1 year of related experience, including prior experience at point of sale in a service industry
- Able to operate the register and comfortable with point of sale technology
- Able to lift 15 lbs.
- Walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays
- Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and digital client engagement tools preferred
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL
