Job Summary
Specialist, PMO supporting a €300M savings and profit-improvement program. Responsibilities include ensuring governance methods, maintaining a systematic way of working, delivering timely action planning implementations, preparing management-level reporting, and facilitating fact-based analysis to enable informed decisions. Collaborates with multiple business areas and functions, leveraging a wide internal network. The role is located at Metsä Group’s head office in Espoo with a hybrid working model and entails contributing to profitability improvement through structured program execution. Required skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency with analytics tools including Excel, and fluency in Finnish and English alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in economics, engineering, or another relevant field
- Some experience in project management, preferably from a PMO role in a consultancy
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Efficient organizing capabilities
- Ability to synthesize insights and produce communication materials across all levels of the organization
