Specialist Piping Engineer – Offshore Water Injection Project

Job Summary
Lead piping design and engineering for offshore water injection facilities, developing specifications, reviewing layouts, and approving 3D models to ensure operability and constructability. Conduct stress analysis and flexibility studies, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes, and support brownfield modifications and shutdown planning. Manage material selection for seawater systems, prepare technical specifications for procurement, and provide engineering support during fabrication, hydrotesting, and commissioning. Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and risk assessments to maintain HSE compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- 15-18 years of piping engineering experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore brownfield EPC projects
- Strong experience in offshore water injection, produced water, utilities, and process piping systems
- Proven involvement in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Startup phases
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree is an advantage
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional certification preferred
- ADNOC Offshore and Middle East project experience highly preferred
- Experience with offshore islands, platforms, and shutdown/tie-in projects is desirable
- Experience with CAESAR II
- Experience with AutoPIPE
- Experience with AVEVA E3D SP3D (SmartPlant 3D)
- Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Experience with Navisworks
- Experience with SmartPlant Review
- Experience with MS Office Suite
