Job Summary
Specialist in Physical and Personnel Security (T&I) responsible for supporting the National Security team with security and threat-management deliverables. Key duties include providing reporting and analytical support for security measures and infrastructure programs; monitoring and responding to staff security concerns (threat email screening/triage); supervising on-site security personnel; implementing and overseeing security project elements; document management; investigating crimes and threats against the corporation; supporting risk evaluations for special events (e.g., award shows, galas, TV shows); developing and deploying security awareness materials; supporting corporate fire-safety initiatives and security audits; and contributing to incident metrics and trending. Must hold a university degree in a relevant field, possess 2–5 years of security-management experience, be bilingual in French and English, and be able to work extended hours and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Security Management, Policing, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Security Management, including major events and intelligence gathering/analysis
- Bilingual (French and English) with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours and travel; possible weekend work during crisis situations
