Job Summary
Specialist, People Technology & Analytics responsible for HR systems administration, data governance, and transforming people data into insights. Focus areas include day-to-day administration and configuration of HRIS, data quality and migrations, incident troubleshooting with IT/vendors, and delivering executive-ready dashboards and reports. The role emphasizes applying analytics to drive workforce outcomes, designing and testing HR features, and training users while collaborating with HR leadership, IT, and business partners. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in HRIS/HR technology are required; proficiency with Power Automate/Apps, Python, or SQL and experience with HR data structures are preferred. Fluent in Thai and English; location-based in Bangkok or Lamphun, Thailand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in HRIS implementation
- Proven experience creating and implementing HR technology solutions
- Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and/or SQL
- Experience with SuccessFactors Reporting & Query Tools is an advantage
- Able to visualize data and communicate insights effectively
- Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements
- Strong communication in both Thai and English
