Job Summary
Specialist, People Systems will work as an internal consultant within Pandora’s People & Culture team, translating local market needs into global system requirements and ensuring the Workday/HCM ecosystem aligns with regional demands. You’ll partner with people leaders and stakeholders to optimize workflows, evaluate system capabilities, and manage data operations (including EIBs) for seamless integrations. You will oversee End-to-End UAT to ensure business requirements are met and contribute to change management initiatives with targeted training to drive adoption of new global processes and features. This role emphasizes process mapping, requirements gathering, and leveraging HR technology to drive organization-wide improvements and global consistency, with a path toward Global People Product Management, Enterprise Business Analysis, or Strategic HR Transformation leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in an HRIS or HR Business Analyst position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Workday Core HCM
- Experience in process mapping and gathering business requirements
- Ability to translate regional nuances into clear functional specifications
- Strong stakeholder diplomacy and cross-cultural communication capabilities
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management strategies
