Job Summary
Specialist, People Support provides specialized HR inquiries resolution, policy/guidance on HR processes, and data management within HR Shared Services. The role engages with employees, HR business partners, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments to resolve HR-related matters, maintain employee records in HRIS, generate HR reports, manage cases via ticketing systems, ensure SLAs are met, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Key responsibilities include handling escalated HR inquiries, interpreting HR policies, guiding employees and managers through HR processes, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of HR data, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize HR operations. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3-5 years of HR experience (including HR Shared Services), proficiency with HRIS and ticketing systems, familiarity with AI automation projects, strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role emphasizes a customer-focused mindset, independence and teamwork, adaptability to new systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and ticketing systems
- Experience with working on Artificial Intelligence (AI) automation projects
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
