Job Summary
Specialist in People Operations supporting the employee lifecycle across onboarding/offboarding, HCM administration, benefits support, and employee relations. Acts as a first point of contact for employee questions, manages inquiries via HR channels, administers employee programs (recognition/anniversary), leads new hire orientation, coordinates onboarding and offboarding with HRBPs/IT, oversees HCM data changes, coordinates payroll-related changes, collaborates with Benefits on eligibility, maintains compliant HR records, supports audit readiness, and identifies process improvements to streamline People Operations. The role requires collaboration with HR partners, strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, hybrid Irvine, CA environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions
- Leadership competencies: collaboration, outcome-driven, decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
