Job Summary
Process incoming invoices with timely posting and digitalization, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while managing supplier and internal stakeholder communications. Maintain creditor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and administer the Tungston/Kofax invoicing program through daily adjustments, testing, and customizing. Support treasury operations by verifying money market, FX, and commodity hedging transactions for market conformity and completeness, alongside bank transfer reviews. Contribute to S/4 HANA implementation, year-end closing, and process optimization projects. Requires German and English proficiency, SAP R3 experience, and a commercial accounting background.
Required Qualifications
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Abschluss
- Gegebenenfalls zusätzliche berufsspezifische Weiterbildung (beisamplesweise als Bilanzbuchhalter)
- SAP R3 Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse Software Tungston
- HGB- und IFRS-Kenntnisse: z.B. Verjährungs-, Aufbewahrungsfristen, Brutto-Nettoverbuchung etc. für zugewiesene Buchungskreise
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Umsatzsteuer
- Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung zur Erlangung eines umfassenden Verständnisses für die Gesamtprozesse
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
