Specialist – Patient Services

Specialist – Patient Services supports patient onboarding, benefit verification, prior authorization, financial assistance and PAP-related processes to facilitate prescription fulfillment across ambulatory and infusion settings. Responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing insurance benefits for prior authorizations, maintaining PAP documentation, coordinating with clinics and pharmacies, ensuring timely reimbursement, and supporting workflow within the health system's EMR (including IndiCare). The role emphasizes proactive problem solving to optimize reimbursement, effective communication with patients and providers, and the ability to adapt to changes in payer and PAP processes. Remote work option in US time zones with Florida presence considerations; full-time role with healthcare-specific responsibilities and a focus on improving patient access and continuity of care.
